Daddy used to always try to convince me that chocolate is a vegetable! After all, it grows! Well, I count two servings of fruits and veggies every time I drink this wonderful "dessert" for breakfast.
PB Love Smoothie
(THM friendly; Energy Smoothie)
2 cups milk of choice
2 scoops blendfresh green veggies (affiliate link)
1 large ripe banana (or two small)
2-3 drops of liquid stevia
2 scoops chocolate protein powder of choice
1 tsp of cocoa powder (optional, but I like a little more chocolate)
(Note: if you do not have a protein powder you like or trust, use a raw backyard egg add 1 full T of cocoa powder and a little more stevia to sweeten to taste)
2 T PB powder
1 big cup of crushed ice
(200 calories, 5 g fat, 25 g carbohydrate)
