Cinnamon Roll Smoothie (THM-E)

I am not sure when it became traditional to eat sweets for breakfast. I know that I wake up each morning craving a little sweetness from donuts and pastries to fruit juice, there is just something about starting the day off with a little sweetness. I have found that smoothies are the best way to do that, and yet they don't have to contain absurd amounts of sugar! Here is my smoothie recipe to replace the gooey goodness of cinnamon rolls...if you are up to that sort of thing.

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie
(THM Friendly, E Smoothie)
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 scoop Blendfresh Orange Powder (omit to make a FP smoothie)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( Email me for my favorite)
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
1/4 tsp Ceylon (real) cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1 cup ice
Blend it all until smooth (nothing works like Blendtec) and enjoy!

The vanilla paste and the real cinnamon give this smoothie something truly special. You can certainly make this without the added Blendfresh vegetables, but you can not tell they are there and who doesn't need more of those each day!
