Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
Ingredients: (for single serving)
(THM friendly Energy Smoothie)
1 cup unsweetended almond milk
1/3 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup whole oats
2 t lemon zest
4 oz non fat greek yogurt
1cup ice (for extra thick)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (email me for my favorite)
1 scoop purple Blendfresh powder.
Add all ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend for 2 min.
