Mango Madness Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies. It is a sweet one, however, so probably not great for a candida diet. But for trying to add beautiful yellow and orange fruits and veggies to your diet, this is perfect!

Yellow/Orange fruits and veggies contain phytonutrients that nourish on a cellular level. They help the body maintain a healthy blood pressure, promote a healthy prostate, support healthy cholesterol levels, fight free radicals, boost the immune system, and build bones!  Packed with mango, banana, pumpkin, oranges, butternut squash, yellow pepper, carrots and more! The fiber powder is optional, but serves well to keep you fuller for longer and promote healthy bowel function. Just what every smoothie drinker wants to hear!! :)

1 cup coconut milk
1 mango, peeled and chunked
1 banana
1 scoop Blendfresh Orange fruits and veggies
1 scoop protein powder
1 scoop Blendfresh fiber
1 cup ice (more if you like thicker)
Place the ingredients in a blender (Blendtec recommended) in the order listed. Process until smooth. Serves one.

The mango flavor is strong and wonderful mixed with coconut. If you love mangos, you will love this smoothie. Kid tested and approved!
