Apple Pie Smoothie:
(THM plan Friendly, Energy Smoothie)
1 apple cored and quartered
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/3 cup whole organic oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Blendfresh Greens
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 cup ice (more if you like it thicker)
Add all ingredients to your blender. I like Blendtec blenders to get it really, really smooth! Blend for 45 seconds and enjoy.
