Five Essential Oil Infused Water Recipes

Essential oils are wonderful used in so many ways. I truly believe that everyday is made better when an essential oil is inhaled, rubbed on or taken internally. One of the easiest ways to use essential oils is also the tastiest! Here are some great recipes to uplift, energize, soothe, and refresh. If you have any issues at all with using essential oils internally, add the same recipes to a diffuser and enjoy them aromatically.

Five Water Refreshers:

Morning Detox

16 oz water
1 drop ginger
1 drop lemon
1 drop lime
1 drop grapefruit
Holiday Blend
16 oz water
1 T Organic Cranberry Concentrate (affiliate link)
1 drop clove
1 drop cinnamon
1 drop ginger
2 drops wild orange
Afternoon Energy
16 oz water
2 drops lemon
2 drops peppermint
Curb the Cravings
16 oz water
2 drops grapefruit
