16th Day of Christmas Challenge...STOP IT!

Yesterday's challenge involved acknowledging our fears. It was all about recognizing how often we have dis-empowering thoughts that keep us from becoming all we can be. We have the ability within us to become amazing. I know a lot of people who already are. We become our thoughts for thoughts are things. One of my fears is progression. It is easy to live the way that is familiar. Taking a leap of faith is scary. But there is no need to fear. Because of Him!

LUKE 2:10

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

I love also the scripture in Isaiah 53:4 which says: "Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows."  I believe he has also felt our fears and what is more, He has seen a vision of what we have the power to become. He believes in me even when I do not. So today's challenge is that when you notice your fears and doubts pop up, say the words out loud: STOP IT! And if you need a little reminder at times, add "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

How many times did you find yourself doing this today?
