The Fifth Day of Christmas Challenge... Accept Your Divinity

Do you ever stop to really think of who Jesus is? The Son of the Highest! A king! I think we do that often. It is easy to see the miracle that Jesus performed and know that he is Glorious. In some small way, we recognize too, the power of the atonement. There is no other who could atone for the sins of the world. He is God, the Mighty King, the Everlasting Father, and the Prince of Peace.

LUKE 1:32

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David.

But, do you ever stop and think that you are also created of the Father? That all He has can be yours as well?  It is common to gain a testimony of the divinity of Christ, but do you have a testimony of the divinity of you? Do you know what you are capable of? What you can do to fill the measure of YOUR creation. It is true that we are not literal sons and daughters of God, but He is the creator of our spirits, he is My Father and Yours. That makes me the daughter of a King. That makes me pretty special.

Today's challenge: Look in the mirror and tell the person staring back that you are divine, the son or daughter of God. That you are powerful and can be a co-creator of your own life. Tell that person in the mirror that you love them. This is hard for some people. If you want to take the challenge further, do it every night before bed and see how much you come to love and accept your divine nature.
