The Fourth Day of Christmas Challenge...Reflect

A few weeks ago, we had the honor to witness the baptism of my father-in-law. It was a spirit filled occasion. I met my husband, Rocky nearly 19 years ago and on our first date, he told me of his vision of his dad in white, in the font with him. Many prayers were said, and in truth, many forgotten in what seemed at the time hopeless. But our vision is not the same as God's. Our time is not the same as God's. Our knowledge is incomparable to His. And Rocky's dad was in the constant care of His loving Father all these years. Finally, his time came. His conversion and commitment and now joy! It was so thrilling to be a part of this journey. It taught me that it is NEVER too late. That we are NEVER forgotten by the Lord. The Lord has need of all of us. Some to teach, some to lead, some to follow, and one, who bore the Son of God!

LUKE 1:31-33

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Today's challenge: Write down evidence in your life that the Lord has need of you. That He has never left. It may surprise you to note how many times He has been there at your side, you just didn't see it at the time. Feel free to share here if you feel so inspired.
