The Second Day of Christmas Challenge...We Need a Savior!

Why do we need a Savior? What would your life be like without one?

LUKE 1:26-27

The angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, to a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.

Last night, our family had a wonderful time sharing why it is important to us to have a Savior. Here was the phrase that each of us finished.

Jesus was born so I....

Could be born. (Jack, 5)
Can be relieved. (Rocky, dad)
Could repent and not have it in you forever.  (Cayden, 9)
Can repent, PS and have a mansion! (Julia, 8)
Could be forgiven of my sins and live with Him and Heavenly Father again. (Jarom, 13)
Can Inherit the Kingdom of God (Jeffrey, 16)

And mine....

I am humbled to know that because of my savior, I can repent, and let go of it all! Can you imagine if every pain, every sin, every fight was with you still? What a horrid, awful life that would be. No, our loving Father sent His son to experience our pain and sorrow so we can let it go through repentance and forgiveness. I can let it go, and the wonderful news is, He does too!

Today's challenge:  Finish the Sentence for yourself. Post you answer or picture below or on your social media! You can also print this one.   Please share why you need a Savior!
